Cherish is a property management company set up as a result of my property portfolio being managed very badly through \"professional management companies\".
I look after other peoples properties as if they were my own, I also value landlords & tenants, believe very much in communicating with both parties & I never tell anyone what they want to hear...
I only ever tell people the truth!
I have three grades of property management, bronze, silver & gold.
The landlord can decide whether they want to be hands on or off as far as their investment is concerned.
All rental income is paid directly to the landlord from the tenant, most property management companies have rent paid to them, take their cut then forward the rest on.
I have lots of experience & being a portfolio landlord myself, I completely understand the business.
