A: It’s currently FREE to advertise your company in our directory, although this is for a limited time only, so hurry and sign up today. When the site does become a paid service, all users will pay the same low one-off fee for a permanent place in the directory
Q: What makes The UK’s Best different to other directories?
A: We treat all of the companies in our directory the same, no matter how big or small. No-one gets special treatment or more prominence on the site from different levels of advertising, your position is entirely dependent on customer reviews.
We also offer unique special features such as allowing users to get directions to your company from their home address
Q: What do I get in my listing?
A: You can write a description of your product/services as well as adding all your contact details. If you have a website you can also have a permanent link to your site
Q: How long is my listing for?
A: Your listing is permanent, we will only ever remove unsuitable companies from our directory or those requested
Q: Can I add more than 1 company?
A: Yes, we understand that some members may own more than one company, so have the facility for you to add more if necessary. However, this feature should not be used to duplicate the same company multiple times within different categories.
If your company has several branches, all of these can be added to our directory as long as the relevant address details are added. Purely duplicate entries will be removed.

Q: Can I edit my company listings?
A: Yes, you are able to alter your description, contact details and address. Categories of company cannot change once entered
Q: Can I still write reviews if I have a company advertised?
A: Absolutely, though you are not able to write reviews for any companies that are within the same category as ones you have added yourself for obvious reasons
Q: Can I still register even if I don’t have a company?
A: Yes, we require you to sign up in order to write reviews on any of the companies in our directory
Q: Do I have to register to write reviews?
A: Yes, for security reasons we require you to register with us
Q: What if my town/city or company category is not in the selectable list?
A: We do our best to ensure our lists of locations and company categories are as comprehensive as possible. If what you are looking for is not in the list, please contact us and we will update our lists to include your selection as soon as possible, and will notify you when the change has been made
